Delivery, Tracking and Shipping

    Please note that due to ongoing global disruption caused by Covid-19, it is not guaranteed that you will receive your order within the usual timescales detailed below and we ask that you bear this in mind when placing your order and selecting your delivery method. You may have to wait longer but we promise it's worth it.



    At West Barn Co® we will do our very best to process your order within 1 business day. Orders placed by 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 GMT, and on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

     You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped so you can start getting excited! If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check in your spam folder.


    If you selected and paid for the tracked shipping option at the checkout, you will get a tracking reference with your shipping confirmation email so you can track as your WBCo parcel as it makes its way to you. 

    IMPORTANT! If you do not select a tracked postal option, you will not receive a tracking number.



    Some of our boxes are too large for most post boxes. If you are not in to receive your order it will be held at your local postal service collection office. It is common for some postal services to not give adequate notice of attempted delivery, so it is advised that you check with your collection office if the item has exceeded the expected delivery times.


    Customs and Taxes

    Please note, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. West Barn Co are not responsible for delays due to customs.

    Standard International delivery takes an estimated 5-10 business days (does not provide a tracking number) £5.99
